How do you waste energy?

Have you ever had one of those times where you've got a huge energy build up and you need to get rid of it.. Well, what do you do? I like to go for a walk, or even a jog. I play volleyball, so that usually takes a lot out of me. But share with the world, how do YOU get rid of that unwanted energy?
