Hard to say, of course.Democrats tend to nominate who they like. Republicans tend to nominate who can win.I think that the recent Democrat gains in Congress set the stage for the GOP nominating a moderate for President in 2008, and if that's the case, they'll likely win. Rick Santorum apparently lacks the ability to hold down a single state, what could possibly lead you to believe he can win a national election?Sam Brownback is a long shot, at best. George Allen? do you even read/watch the news? McCain is the GOP front-runner, vs. Hillary or Obama.
