Who will win the champion in this NBA season?

i would say SUN will win the championship.. Nash is performing well plus Amare is back on their line up..

I believe and hope, this year will be for the Phoenix Suns. Steve Nash (the two time MVP) is getting better than ever before. With Phoenix Suns, now having a complete set of players with no players in the injured list, the team is now play-off caliber team capable of reaching beyond the western conference finals or to the NBA Finals. With Amare Stoudamire being dubbed as the comeback player of the season, with Shawn Marion getting much better as the Matrix, with Boris Diaw getting the versatile player as he is, and with Raja Bell as a tough shooter and defender as he is, I can't figure out which teams can beat the Phoenix Suns for now. The record shows now, they are bound for "The Prize" - a record of 26-8 (W-L) is the best in the NBA. Go, go Phoenix Suns (www.suns.com).

Hmm..Lakers I guess? Why? Because I'm a fan. Seriously though, I think Suns can make it big time this season.

the Spurs are always a playoff bet. what with Duncan, Parker and Ginobili on the offense. not to mention the defensive monster that is Bruce Bowen.

Rockets team need to do comeback because they have such a good team and they wast it last year they didn't even go to the playoffs so i think they need to prove players skills and go for championship . And spurs has to good starting 5 all of them is realy good exept Horry all are all stars even once . Like Pistons to and now and denver . I hate when teams are more better then other of 30 ...

I'm a big Laker fan, and I like their chances this season, I guess it all boils down to playoff positioning, if they could avoid the Mavericks and Spurs in the earlier rounds, they might have a big chance, =) I like the Mavericks' chances as well, since they are more hungrier after being beaten by Miami last season.

It's tough to know, 'cus anything could happen, but right now it looks like the Mavs or Suns. However, only one can go to the Finals. I think it'll be the Mavs; they always seem to get the upper hand on the Suns in the WCF. As for the East, obviously the Bulls and Pistons are favourites, but the Cavs, Heat and maybe even the Magic could all pick it up in the second half of the season and suprise. The Heat in particular need to get their act together though even if they want to reach the Playoffs - they're looking old this season; and they are. As for my team, The Lakers, I don't know what to think. Maybe once Lamar and Kwame come back they might step it up enough to be really consistant, but I think they need the last piece of the puzzle (Jason Kidd, Andre Miller or Chauncy Billups in off-season) to be at a championship level.

I can't agree with you any more! Because I am crazy in "M-M"---Yao ming and McGrady.Besides it,Rocket is a good defensive team, I always believe that they will lead the team to the top !!!

In the west i think the Spurs and the Lakers or Utah, have a good chance to win the NBA Championship in the east the Pistons, or Miami.

I think most chinese hope rocket will win the champion. But there is still a long distance for rocket to approach the final. Another,the performance in the days without Yao is still uncertain!!
