after giving birth to my daughter, ive gained lots of extra pounds which i intend to get rid as soon as possible.. my doctor prohibits me from exercising streneously because ive been in a caesarian section and my wounds aren't healed yet..im thinking of taking diet pills..is it safe? can u suggest any brands that u have tried and use that you have proven that give you visible results?....please help me with this..

its better to be on the heavier side than resorting to taking any of those slimming pills. they will completely damage your system and worst of all they are very habit forming. once you stop eating those the body will gain weight much more and much faster than you can even imagine.

Try eating just enough to live on. like a small amount of cereal for each meal. drink a lot of water. you need to eat a balanced diet & exercise. no pills.....
