sleeping is an important job to do for humans...so it should be done in proper time..u should sleep for minimum 7 to 8 hours,so that u can keep ur body fit...god created night to take rest...so only night is dark and day is bright...so night s the exact time to sleep and day is the right time to work...if we do it wrong,it'll spoil our health...so it's better to sleep in night...and i advise all not to sleep in the day time...

an afternoon nap for growing kids is a must because that's about the time when their cells are revitalized. senior citizens also need as much rest as they can get because, well, they need it. ill people, convalescing people, pregnant women and those who work at night also need their daytime sleep. but for us normal and healthy, night-sleeping creatures, i'm not really sure if daytime sleep is needed. personally, i think it's laziness already.
