My advice is you should help the person with "SNORING" problems instead of getting annoyed! Read about snoring in any medical or health book. It is a breathing condition. The air passage valve tends to prevent the air from passing through. The least you can do is to prop up the head and place on the pillow with some adjustment till you can hear the person is breathing calmly. Do not let the person with snoring problem got into streneous activities. In other words not to let them to get too tired. This can worsen their snoring and breathing problems while sleeping.

My husband snores heavily and I can now go to sleep even with the noise. I am trying to get my husband to try something to help with the snoring but so far I can not get him to try it.

wow! i hate sleeping with people who snore...there was one time, that a few of us were sleeping in a room for the night...the guys have to sleep on the floor, of course...there was this guy...he was snoring so heavily that it sounded like a heavy vehicle!!! it's funny now...but not when you're trying to sleep. we tried a lot of things, closing his mouth, covering him with a pillow...everything fails...so in the end, we woke him up and then quickly sleep before he start snoring again...

this is funny indeed !! but jokes apart it's very difficult for the ppl around having light sleep, improper sleep actually spoils the whole day and the hangover is carried forward for several days with total upset in metabolism. thanx for sharing

If I can get to sleep before he does it won't wake me up. If I'm unlucky enough to have trouble dropping off though, forget it. He's *loud*.

i have never experienced snoring from close quarters. my father does snore, seldom though. but i don't have to sleep with him. it must be annoying for the other person but this is a medical problem and is curable. thanx

My husband snores. Some days worse than others. Only once and a while is he really loud that it wakes me up. My son sings in his sleep and my cat snores so it can be really loud at night sometimes. Thankfully I am a deep sleeper.

My wife suffers from my snoring. She used to beat me while I slept, but then found that removing my pillows worked much better and leaves us both much happier in the morning!
