Should Saddam Hussein be executed or simply imprisoned for his natural life ? Can we be 100% certian that he is quilty of the crimes he has been charged with or are we dealing with someone who is being held for nothing mare than common acts of war ?

Well, I am as of now undecided about what his fate should be. He is accused of sadistic crime against the people of his country but you still have to take into consideration the fact that if he was at war, even a civil war then his actions may be nothing more than normal acts of war. How do we know for a fact that he has committed all of the crimes he is accused of, how do we not know that the people trying to now over take Iraq arent trumping up a lot of false crimes to go along with the normal acts of war in order to get him out of the picture completely?
