Can u give details about pay structure. for eg. 1. what do we get ($) for an intermediate response. 2. what do we get ($) for an '+' rated response. 3. what do we get ($) for an '-' rated response. 4. what do we get ($) for an best rated response. 4. what do we get ($) for an best rated response along with a '+' rating. 5. what do we get ($) for starting a discusson and it is '+' or '-' rated. 6. what do we get ($) for an abusive rated response. The problem i'm getting is that even my responses are of a fair quality i get on 1 cent per post, i think thats equivalent to '-' rating post. I have met people having 380 posts but 17$ in account alothough their posts are intermediate like mine. I have just $4.48 for 330 posts in total. for last 145 posts i got exacly $1.45 which is 1 cent per post. if this remains he situation i have to do 1000 posts to reach $10, where some people get $40 in just 780 or so posts. what is my fault?
