Have you seen doctors using 'Rx' while prescribing medicines?

When we are not feeling well, we got to doctors to get treated and the doctors, after examining us, will prescribe medicine as we all know...isn't it? but, Have you seen doctors using 'Rx' while prescribing medicines?...why is it? anyone here.....!

hi this is the symbol of medicin that is comes from latin word u give mins the doctor say s that to pharmacist u can take this medicine and give it to the patiton it comes from grikc word and on old story behind it that is it is the symbol of god and they help to recover from any type of disece in human being

Yes, doctors alway's use this simbol in their priscription letter they give isn't it? people actually don't look into minute details of all these isn't it? MS.Rao has alos given more details on all these and here you have made some valid points also and it's nice to get so much information on these.
