Iraqi Football Team

Have you got the news? The Iraqi football team is now in the finals of the asian games in Doha. In the finals they are going to play Quatar. This is some achievement. There is no legue being played in Iraq and the country is suffering from internal problems. Still this football team has come up with something. All Iraqis are celebrating togather. Lets hope that they will win the finals, and thus will provide a platform for all the Iraqis to unite and celebrate http://www1.webng.com/irene

It is of-course a great acheivement for a country who is under all sorts of trouble. Hats off to Iraq for this. I hope they win the Gold. My best wishes are with them.

Yes. They achieved this when football giants like Iran, Soudi, china, Korea and Japan were in the Games. Now that's awsome

forgot to say that Iraq reached the Finals by defeating South Korea, 1-0

The sad news is out. Iraq lost the finals to Qatar. The score being 1-0. such a sad thing to happen. I thought Iraq will win and that will unite all Iraqis togather. Anyway this is some achievement.
