Anger is often associated with frustration - things don't always happen the way we want and people don't always behave the way we think they should. Anger can also result from misunderstandings or poor communication between people. However, if anger is expressed in harmful ways, or persists over a long period of time, then it can lead to problems in relationships at home and at work, and can affect the overall quality of your life.Have you ever been affected deeply or hurt people dear to you because of anger?

Part of my marital problems going on right now are due to my husband and I both having anger issues. We both deal with anger in different unhealthy ways and we have a hard time communicating. We are both currently going to anger management counseling.
