How long could you go without television?

I haven't had television in 5 years. I watch movies, and it's not that I can't afford it, I just don't have the time or desire. How long could you go without television?

i really don't know how long i could last, because i too don't watch alot of tv.. and i don't really feel the need for it, unless some movie is coming on that i like to watch!
