How long can you swim continuously ?

i havent learnt to swim and never tried swimming so i cant answer this right now

I can swim continously for about one hour without taking break. Usually once in a week I swim in swimming pool for more than 3 hours with break in between. But in the sea once a month for one to two hours.

For now I can swim continously for 20 minutes, rest for 2 minutes then swim again, I do this for an hour and a half, once a week. Back in my school days our warm-up routine lasts around 30 minutes and our whole workout lasts up to 3 hours.
