how to control anger

hey , i have been blasting a lot at my dear ones a lot these days moslty for no reasons. wit some tensions which surely gonna end in near future my anxiety increase...with this sudden blastings on close ones be it parents or my sweet friends who mostly are on the receiving end of my anger...they show understanding as they love me but sometimes it gets too much from my side...its only sometime later that i realise what i have done...i apolozize for it..but still words ones out can haunt n stil ber hurting even though uttered in mere feat of anger without any false intensions....i really feel that m loosing a control on myself...plzz suggest ne remmedies for stablising my feelings...as one of my friends suggested i am gonna try out meditation (yoga) for it ...any other quickie solutions plzzz do tell

decide which is worth caring about and which is not. get away from that person for a while. think about what is more important. the person or your anger.
