what do you do before you go to bed

What do you do just before you go to bed.. say the five to ten minutes before you go to your bed? Some would pray, some would take deep breaths. Share what you would do here. As for me, I listen to some music and thank God for the nice day that I had and will hope for a happier day!

praying - child praying before going to sleep
i do it everyday, before i sleep i pray first. Thanking God for all the blessings and for giving such a wonderful day for me, for guiding the whole day. Then after that i will my goodnight sleep
