Energy Drink OR Power Bar?

I do not consume energy drinks or power bars. I ty to eat healthy, get plenty of rest, and I do drink quite a bit of coffee ... :)

yeah and i feel that the energy drink gives me more energy then the energy bar. You can consume energy drink anywere but can you consume an energy bar anywere,like in a club?
