how to deal with rough people

friends, all of you must have encountered many rough peoples in your life. i have a real problem dealing with them.though first i keep my cool, but if that person crossed the line, i get all heated up. how do you deal with them.

fight! - keep your calm!
The best way to deal with people who are rough,is to ignore them! if they provoke you you should be disciplined enough not to get heated! learn to control yourself! but if they start a fight, make sure you are the one who ends it!

yeah, true, but sometimes these people just go on teasing you, and then it becomes a real headache.isn' it ?

best thing to do is just talk to him. kill them with kindness! when they get to your nerves turn the tables around and be so nice that they have to wonder ,what the heck you are really up too. after they have been on your nerves just ask they since they have been so mean ,so you feel better now that you have taken your bad mood from yourself to me ,i,do hope so,walk away,let them think about that for awhile !

nice way. but all are not those sort of listening peoples. they just have on aim, to peoples in front of others. and they take pride in doing this. though definitely your method should be the first step in tackling them. right approach......
