What's the last thing you do before you go to bed every night? Do you do the same last thing? Is it your habbit?Every night before I go to bed, the last I do is reading on my comfortable bed, does not matter how much I read, I hace to read then fall to sleep, it's a habbit for me now, and I find that it's much easier to have a good sleep after reading. What about you?
