My mom ownes a home. And She no longer can offord it. She has this roomate she has had for 5 years. He's realy sad about her moving. Plus he had it cheap. She's now getting a manufactured mobile home? Should she take him w/ her? See when she sells her house, she's paying in cash. And she gets 800 a month from ssi. So if she lets him move in and pay lot rent and phone. She only has personal and electric

if him coming over to the new home is ok for everyone then why not let him join

It would be up to your mom if she wanted to ask him to be a roomate at her new place. I can understand that 5 years might be a long time for him to have lived with her, but that still does not make her obligated to have him join her at the new place. I'm sure he will have plenty of time to find a new place to live if she decides she does not want him to move with her.
