Do You Support Smoking Bans?

I suppose some of the bans are good but some are going to far. Different states and cities are imposing different bans. What are the bans in your area? Do you support them or have they gone to far?

What about the ones telling you not tosmoke in your car? When they buy my car and pay the taxes then they can tell me that.

Yes it should be because there are certain public places where smoking is basolutely not desirable

Some states and cities seem to be taking them to far. I have heard that one state says a truck driver can't smoke in his own truk. That is going to far.

Yes, we have a ban in our state. It just passed. It has went to far. Truckers aren't allowed to smoke in their trucks. If you own a business in your home and have an employee, you cannot smoke in your home. You can't smoke in any private clubs or bars. It has went a little too far. What are they going to take away next?

Yes that is going way to far telling you what you can do in your home. I read about one state that says you can't smoke in your car with a child in it.
