Do you eat to live or live to eat?

Some people love food so much they just live to eat. Others simply see food as a means of staying alive, could care less and eat very little. Which one are you?

I love to eat and I love to live. I eat whatever I like and when I like. Not very healthy I suppose. But I am not going to change.

I eat to live for sure. I eat to be able to survive and stay healthy and feel good. I love food but not in great quantities. Eating is necessary to live and we should be careful about how much we eat and what we eat.

I wouldn't say that I live to eat, but I do eat too much. That explains why I have so much weight to lose! If I could just stop craving chocolate and other treats when I am not even hungry, I think I would be ok.

I know I need to eat to live. Unfortunately I think I do live to eat, as much as I have had education in good habits, food groups, nutrition, etc. The only time I don't think much about eating is when I get to seriously working on a computer or writing project.

I love eating, but my life doesn't revolve around it (I know some people who seem to spend the time between each meal as talking about their last meal, what to have for their next one, etc.). I do realy enjoy food and eating and the prospect of eating breakfast is the main thing that gets me out of bed in the morning!
