How can I get my 6 year old to eat veggies? she just said she does not like them. She does try a bite sometimes, but seems not to take it in. Anyone with the same issue? and what have you tried?

Just grate them in with everything else, so if you are making a bolognese sauce for pasta for example, ince the onions and add ingrated carrot, she won't notice and you'll be improving the balance of the recipe for the rest of the family as well.

*Hide* them in foods she does like. Does she eat mashed potato? You can grate or mash in zucchini (courgettes - peel first) or cauliflower. You can grate different veggies and bind together with a little egg and flour and cook in a non-stick pan with a little butter or oil. Most kids will eat them - pancakes! Make most of it potato so it sticks better. Good luck.

When my kid was younger, he didn't like vegetables either. But now he is 9 and he eats some like carrots and broccoli. You can add a little salad dressing that may help.
