why do you have to delete your own account?

there is no provision to delete one's own account on this site . And many discussion boards donot have this option . when one is not interested in posting , he/she has to simply forget about the website . And should not visit the site . if necessary , one may request the Admin of website to delete the account . in this case the topics started by the user may be deleted . But finding the responses and comments posted by him/her and deleting them is a difficult process . hence the Admin of a site generally removes the member's posting privileges and puts the status to "deleted user"
