How can I block telephone calls from someone who dials my number repeatedly. The only info on my caller ID is: UNKNOWN NAME and UNKNOWN NUMBER Please help... Lets see who have that king of knowledge

Nope. You can't block somebody if they are using private number. You can only request your service to block off a number that you know, and you have to pay a fee for that.
