Does it mean I'm lazy because I do not want to work? I love being at home. I love it. It's not that I'm lazy but I just don't want to go to work. How knows maybe I'll be able to stay home one day or find some way to make money at home. I would do lots of things around the house. It's not like I'd sit and watch TV all day and eat bon bons. But I just don't want to leave my house (well 98% of the time anyway). I know too that I hate my job and that's got something to do with it. What do you think? I'm not talking about stay at home moms 'cause that is work.

I think that some of us are just home bodies. I know I am. I love the comfort and safety of being home. Spending time with my pets and family are my favorite things to do and home seems to be the best place to do that. My kids are both in school, as of this year, and I'm sure I will have to return to work only too soon... I'm just hoping to be able to get into a profession I will love, so it will motivate me right into the workforce ; )

That is exactly how I feel. Comfortable and safe. I hope you do find something you love.

No your not lazy, most people work best at home, you just need to find a good stay at home job! Hell thats what i wanted, to do data entry at home, just work on the computer, when i wanted...but all the companies i see so far want a fee to start. thats bs....

I know...I need to. Maybe I will foster one day. Then I could stay at home.

Hmm, I don't know. It depends on how much you do at home. I used to be at home just doing project after project. But now, I work and when I am home I am lazy. I am supposed to be filling out paperwork and doing all sorts of things. But I am just plain way too lazy. Tomorrow I hope I can follow through with my plan to clean up my mess of a room and sell some stuff on Ebay. I really need to do homework as well. But right now I'm trying to think of what I want to do to get some extra money so I can buy a camera faster.

I know.. there is lot of work to do at home.. I see my mom running around whole day.. despite two maids there to do the cleaning.. she's still too busy.. managing them. preparing food.. taking care of the little ones, by the time, she gets free, its time for lunch to be served, then tea then this and that.. hell.. there is so much work to do at home.

Trust me I do understand and I also know if you stay home all the time it doesn't mean you are lazy. Far often there is more to do at home then most will realize. I wish I could work at times. To get me out of the house if nothing else. I'm agoraphobic and I don't deal well with crowds. So I'm at home a lot. I still do things here though. I wish I could just sit around on the couch all day and watch movies. Usually I'm trying to find ways on line to earn something. I was so happy when I found mylot because I can earn money while doing something I enjoy. Not something you find every day on the net.
