can anybody tell me what all i need to have for signing up on a paypal account???

It seems here more are too much strange! Why do you ask here for infoes when you easily can read all the infoes into the paypal site? Is it too much "work"?

oh yes , one can see all the required information at the paypal web site's help menu . But it is a lengthy process . most cant extract the exact information ... thats why they ask it & we have to help .

I'd suggest to see the details here ( scroll down for Paypal information ) : http://www.mylot.com/o/affiliate.aspx and you have to opt for a premium Paypal account . for this you need a credit card (later) to verify your details .

Firstly, paypal must be available for your country. Secondly, you need a debit/credit card to sign up for paypal accounts. :)
