When is a good age to tell your kids thier isn't a Santa Clause??

What is a good age to tell them? My boys are only 3 years and the other one is 7 months lol, I know I still have awhile but I was just thinking about that today. So what age is about right to do it??

i think they just figure it out between themselves at school,that way its gradual and not painful

I would say 7 or 8 or they will figure it out on their own as they get older.
