Why is Google Earth never updated?

The pic of my house is from almost four years ago when we had a huge tree next to our home during constuction...and it is still showing the same view. need to report this to Google... (^_^)

it is updated just there are an awful lot of pictures that have to be used and changed and they arent in charge of the pictures the satelite takes
