why Yoga? Benefit of Yoga

Did you ever try do yoga? If you not, I am saying to you just do some yaga in daily. Because it is cool exercise but in the beginning you have to try bit of harder but later I sure you will love yoga. I believe yoga gives lots of benifits to us. Like that: 1.It gives us mental freedom and mental stronger. 2.It's stops our anger and gives us open mind to think. 3.give some feeling like natural fresh. 4.motivation. 5.Change posively our life style. 6.Can bear lots of situation than past. 7.become fair and clear in your face. 8.Avoids from lots of diseases(virues, bactirai) 9.Good health. 10.Gives inside spritual power ect............... I am saying this ,because I am yogi student and I like to give about what I know about Yoga. Tell me what do you think about this?

ya i have dont yoga for more than six months.....its really good .it will change your mind and keeps fresh and improves our health.

Not only do I do yoga, but I am also a pilates fan! :) I love doing both, but my favorite is pilates. I think I like pilates since yoga seems so "hip" and everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon... I was never that type. So I prefer pilates! :) I've been doing pilates for about 4 years now...and yoga for about 2!

Yoga is one of the finest things for both health of the mind and body. It keeps you supple and your mind clear. The asanas all have varying benefits when carried out on a regular basis.
