Last week, i win Us$ 10.000,00 in a Russian game, but the true winner is my brother, that has the same name them i, only Jr. in the end.I take the money to give to him, but in the same day, he travel for Brazil and don't talk with me ... he thinks that i stoled the money.What i do... use the money or save until he come back?

Is your brother the rightful owner of this money? If so, don't spend it and wait for his return. It would absolutely be theft if you used the money. Maybe he will have a kind heart that you've given it to him and give you some of the winnings.
If the money is indeed your own, spend, spend, spend!
