Hi there, Sleep is very important in health care. Haven't you heard of Beauty sleep? If you do not have enough sleep, your skin will get dry and parched look. Our skin works wonders when we sleep in the night. It cleans, rejuvenates and builds new cells during our sleep in the night. If we do not sleep in the night by keeping regular hours, our skin will lose the hydration and the glow. It will not sport the healthy shine it usually has. One other important thing is to cleanse your face with a cleansing milk or a cleansing face wash before going to bed. Only then your skin can work in the night.
