America amongst the top to increase the pollution in the world

America amongst the top to increase the pollution in the world but has a very low slice of population in the world. Why this happens? Why others cant force them to decrease the emission where as they force others to do it?

America is indeed a top pollutioner in the world. And they don't seem to care. I can't explain it. Besides that its dollars they are pumping up. If oilcompanies would count in euro's than it will damage the dollar.
