Do you ever feel like a complete failure no matter what you do?

I wake up some mornings just feeling so low,and disgusted with myself,I don't want to eat,sleep,get out of bed, do nothing, but lay there and feel sorry for myself. Does anyone else have these feelings from time to time or is it just me? PLease help me understand am i sick???

It happens to everybody i hope,but not in the same manner as yours.I have it several types,i feel very bad with myself but i dont lay in the bed because of this,sometimes i dont eat due to this.
