What do you think of the voice recordings you get when calling a company?

I think it is wasting my time and I dont like it espcially the mutiple layers that lose you

I hate the voice recordings and having to go through all the steps just to speak to a representative. Most of the steps do not involve me so why they make it so difficult is beyond me. This is a good question. This drives me nuts.

There are a number of times whne I have hung up before I ever got to the right department, and others where they cop an earful just for dilly dallying around. I detest being stuffed around, which is exactly what they are doing. Most of the people that work there are so incapable it isnt funny so I usually demand to speak to the manager whenever I finally get put through to a real person. The music is horrendous I agree...
