Actually that is what I use. You NEVER drink it full strength though. I mix mine half and half with water. I also drink Kombucha, it helps with that too.

i tried it it seemed to make it worse , because it burns going down, maybe pills might work
baking soda works okay

My guess is that it would make GERD worse, since vinegar is acidic.
