Neutral colors are good. Perhaps balloons or Winnie the Pooh. Clouds are nice too. Stars on the ceiling will be quite nice.

A friend of mine had her son and daughter sharing a room and did a Raggedy Ann and Andy theme. Turned out so darling! Another cute idea would be to find a Disney film with both male and female characters like Toy Story 2 has Woody (cowboy) and Jessie (cowgirl). Could always split the room down the middle too and do 1/2 pink and 1/2 blue or something like that. An under the sea theme would work for both with brightly colored fish or maybe a baby animals theme. If you are religious there are tons of cute Noah's Ark prints out there on the market. Have fun with it!!!!

a combination of 2 colors will be good...either shades of baby blue and baby pink or mint green or light yellow would do
