I used to, my dogs are getting so old and its tough for them to eat the treats. I will give them an extra good dinner on Christmas.

How cool is that!!! Yes, we do buy our little furry children gifts too. Toys to fill with catnip, and different kinds of cardboard scratching boxes...they love them. We have two cats. But, they are family.

Rascal used to get stuffed animals and all sorts of yummy doggie treats. But now that he is older he doesn't play really anymore nor can he eat a lot of treats. So he'll just get his regular dog food wrapped up for him

I haven't bought them anything yet but I will. I have four dogs and thirteen cats. For the dogs, we usually get some bones from the butcher and some toys and for the cats, I will either get them some special canned food or tuna fish and maybe some catnip toys. I just have to be careful with the catnip and thirteen cats as they tend to get a little crazy.lol. But it is funny to watch.

Oh yes, my mini Dachshund is getting a new sweater, a stocking full of treats and an edible card from Santa this year. We have a new girl, Pittbull, that will get a stocking also, and have to pick up a few more things for her also. They are our family too.

Yep we buy big bones for both of our dogs, they are like having two more kids in the house. This year they are getting new dog beds for right by the fire place so they can stay warm and cozy during the winter.Merry Christmas to all the furry critters.

Yes totally. My dog loves unwrapping presents. She knows what it means when the presents go under the tree and she gets very excited. Shes really old now but we still buy her presents because she will curl up on a chair and unwrap things there. If you say "Show me what you've got!" she'll bring her present. She's fab!

Yes, we have always bought Christmas presents for our pets. All we have left right now is our two cats, but we have own alot of dogs too and none of them ever realized that they were'nt human. We used to have a minature long haired dachsie that would snoop under the tree and pull out her own gifts and unwrap them! Never took anyone elses just her own!

My pets are rotten. They are getting way too much. My puppy dog is getting about 12 different kinds of treats, and at least 20 new toys. My African Grey Parrot has a 2 foot stocking, and at least 15 toys. My ferrets also are getting a ton of new toys. I think I overbuy for them, but it makes me happy - so oh well!

When I was younger, we use to buy Christmas gifts for our pets, but since I moved out of the house and started my own family, I haven’t really had a pet until this year. We recently got a new puppy for our daughter. I am planning on getting him a few Christmas gifts this year and I am also going to have my daughter pick him out a few on her own, lol even though she is only two right now.

Yes, I do. And I usually buy presents for the pets in my family as well. :-) My babie's like my child & I have to spoil her since she's not living with me at the moment. Pets deserve to be spoiled too :-) lol ~BellRose

This is a very good question. Yest I do buy my pets gifts. I usually get him a few different treats and a toy or two. I filled his stocking early this year and he sniffs it every now and then.
