I just started 2 blogs and I am thinking about a website. I want to know which is better and what are the benefits. Any suggestions?

That depends on what you want to do with it. Websites are far more customizable, but also take more work to manage.

of course website is more better, you can control it in full. I think you have to clearly statement. blogs is for your personal activity and website for commercial activity.

It depends. A website has more scope for laying it out exactly as you want. A blog is more limited. I use free blogs for making money and they work for me and are easy to use. Mike. http://mikesmoneymakingmission.blogspot.com

Why not have both? If you are using blogger, it's a bit limited, but if you have wordpres there are options to create static pages. You could also create a website with a "blog" on it (have a look at http://www.rhyswynne.co.uk for an example of it), also you could have a blog, with website built around it (have a look at http://www.gospelrhys.co.uk/blog.html for an example) It's entirely upto you. If you want say a fairly static pages (such as general information that wont change, or a list of software), a website is the best. However, if you want to be constantly updating and fluid, a blog is the best way forward.
