What measures should be taken to prevent weight gain during & after pregnancy? Most of the women put on lots of weight during/after pregnancy whereas there are women who do not put on much weight, nether during nor after pregnancy. If you didn't put on much weight during or after pregnancy, what did you do to maintain your weight near normal? If you have put on lots of weight during or after pregnancy, what mistakes did you do due to which your weight increased so much?
