Do you think the Government had anything to do with Distributing crack cocaine to the general public ? It has long been rumored that the CIA began distributing crack to the general public in hopes of eradicating certian undesirable citizens.
Do you think that there has ever been enough evidence to prove this theory ?
It has also been rumored for years that the C.I.A. has funded and operated drug cartells all over the world for profit as well as to fund international covert operations, Do you believe that our government allows and condones this type of operation ?

It's a ridiculous assertion that has never been proven. i don't think there is any evidence whatsover to support this so no, of course I don't believe it. That is way too cynical for anyone to really believe.
They did however experiment with LSD to give to spys as a truth serum. Very different though.
