Wierd Technology--Vacuum shoes

This is really hard to beleive. Vacumm shoes??? Man people are crazy enough to invent such stuff. We now have shoes that vacuum.Now would that not be hard are we going to clean the streets while walking. Also the shoes are going to get heavier with every step you take.. check the image its made by Electrolux.. Any comments guys or have you seen weird tech like this
