The longest non-technical word in the English dictionary is flocci­nauci­nihili­pili­fication which means "the act of estimating something as worthless." Bill Clinton's secretary, Mike Curry, is the most recent recorded user of the word. When Mr. Curry used it, he did so with a bit of sarcasm.

I would of had to have guessed at supercalifragalousexpaledocious though I'm not sure you'll find it in a dictionary. ;)
