Yes it can .. It is a matter of time .. But it will be very expensive in the beginning.

I can hope so. I believe one day they’ll be able to tackle the problem. I do hope it’s in my lifetime as the sooner the better. Though I fear it'll be snapped up as "For profit only" and the people who really need it won't be able to afford it.

Yes some medecine for aids will be developed soon the mechanism of how aids attacks is now being understood and then the problem will be solved
