Rear Disc brakes in Datsun 120Y (B310) 1981

I have a Datsun 120Y (B310) 1981 Model in a real good original shape with four wheel drum brakes. I want to convert it into a 4 wheel disc brakes. What would you say about that?

I would say "why Bother?" The drum brakes work every bit as well, are cheaper, and if you are having overheating problems, there is a greater chance of warping a disk rotor than a drum. (or are you thinking Anti-Lock here?)
