police clearence certificate for nz

sir,i had applied for pcc ,i gave my passport and other photo copies to the officer ,ihad appilied on 1st june,normally it will come with in 1 day but she told that ur police clearence is not cleared it will take 15 days time, i want to know my pass port status plz help for that
