Are ONLINE Degrees Legit??

I am a single mother of three therefor I really don't have the time nor money for daycare to go back to school to obtain a degree if it involves sitting in a classroom. I have searched all over the net for these online degree programs but often wonder if employers accept these degrees. Has anyone had any success with a degree that was obtained online?

I just finished my 2 year degree in Business Managment. However, since it was done at home, it took much longer than 2 years! LOL But I just paid my tuition in full and the school said I will get my degree once it is! :) I haven't any plans to really use it, per se, since I am now a stay at home mom! ;) But it's nice to have and add to my resume if I need to! There are a ton of colleges who offer a study at home program. :)
My husband hope to earn his law degree from studying at home. He found a REAL college located in Northern California. :)
