I don't know, but they play qualifying tournaments so they must be quite a few...The last World Cup was in Japan and there played at least 16 teams, actually 24 if I remember well

LFMAO dude basket ball has got a WIDE audience and is ofcourse there even in international level some 100 countries participate in the WOrld cup there are european leagues , american NBA ,a nd southamerican thign it is jus that people dont watch it much

Basketball hasn’t got international acceptance because more craze of football and cricket, most of countries don’t even want to participate. It engages small crowd and less time and is generally not watched by many.
