HELP! Problem With Net Winner

Does anyone play this free game? I like it a lot, but everytime I play after about 10 minutes a big circle with a question to be answered pop up. When I click in the space to my right I get an error page, there is no where else for me to go and see what the question is. This always ends my session. Any advice?

I have never played. I didn't even know it existed. I will check it out in my free time.
