Hello tan, I guess not, as "dalandan" does not turn orange even when already ripe. It stays green. Dalandan is really "lime".

Ok, I am a filipino, but I know you have an excellent English language skills, I always see your post, you really have can talk!!!! Ok here it is, How do you say sayang in English???? Please tell me. It's hard for me to translate this word from Tagalog to English?

hi bestfriends, Wasn't it to be the other way around? I translate foreign words or sentences to Tagalog? But sure, here it is - "sayang" in good English should read - "wasted" or "just wasted" if it will refer to an opportunity and a wasted item like food.
