Anyone else experience this problem

I was recently diagnosed with problems with my Facet Joints. I just had injections in my spine yesterday to hopefully relieve some pain there. I am only allowed to get 3 injections in a 6 month period because they are cortisone injections. I was wondering in anyone lese has had or is having problems with their Facet Joint? What have you been through as far as relief? What helps you? What makes it worse? As for me, I am not allowed to do any bending, lifting or twisting. For how long, the doctor doesn't know yet & said it might be permanent.

I am sorry it took so long for me to respond here. Thank you all for your responses. I will continue to do more research on my problem with my back.

I wish I didn't & I don't wish it on anybody either. Mine is because of a car accident 1 year ago. Stupid lady had no insurance & was driving on a suspended license. She got a small fine & that's it. The accident was her fault too. Thank God for lawyers cause I am suing big time. I may never be able to work again. I can't even do simple house work 7 there are days I can barely get out of bed. Worse thing is, I am only 38 yrs. old.
